1 Introduction and Agreement

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and ye8 for the entire duration of your use of the ye8 platform (https://ye8.onl). By accessing the website, registering an account, or placing any bet or wager, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all of these Terms.

3 Account Security

You must keep your account login credentials confidential and must not share them with anyone. You must play on your own account only and must not allow any other person to access or play on your account, regardless of reason. You are personally responsible for all financial transactions carried out by anyone who accesses your account.

5 Withdrawals

6 Bonuses and Promotions

When you register at ye8 and make your first deposit, you will receive a bonus of 100% of the deposit amount, up to a maximum of 200,000 Ks.

6.2 Wagering Requirement

The bonus must be wagered 25 times before any winnings from it can be withdrawn. For example — if you receive a bonus of 20,000 Ks, you must wager 500,000 Ks before you can withdraw winnings from that bonus.

6.3 General Promotions

• The specific terms of each promotion depend on the conditions published alongside it.
• If bonus abuse or attempts to claim bonuses through dishonest means are detected, the bonus will be voided and the account may be suspended.
• Each promotion may be used once per account. Members of the same household, those sharing the same IP address, or those sharing the same payment method are treated as the same account.

7 VIP Levels and Cashback

7.1 VIP Progression

At ye8, you can advance through VIP levels (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum) based on your wagering volume and playing consistency. The higher your level, the more benefits you receive.

7.2 Cashback

Cashback is calculated based on qualifying wagers made during the specified period. Wagers made with bonus funds are not counted in this calculation. Cashback funds can be withdrawn without any Wagering Requirement.

8 Gaming Rules

8.2 Technical Faults

Jackpot winnings will be paid out after a verification check on the relevant activity has been completed. ye8's decision on all jackpot matters is final.

9 Prohibited Actions

• Opening more than one account per person (multi-accounting).

• Using bots or automation software in games.

10 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

ye8 reserves the right to cooperate with authorities to combat financial misconduct. Suspicious financial activity suggesting the platform is being used for money laundering — such as cycling bonus funds through mixed wins and losses before withdrawing — will be investigated, and if such activity is confirmed —

• The bonus funds and any winnings derived from them will be voided.
